Welcome to tDoc! This guide will help you sign in to your account and manage your login information.
📱 Ways to Log In
tDoc offers several convenient ways to access your account:
- 📧 Email and Password: Log in with your email address and password
- ✉️ Magic Link: Receive a secure login link sent to your email
- 👆 Social Login: Use your existing Google, Microsoft, or other accounts
📧 Signing In with Email and Password
✨ Step-by-Step Login Guide
- Go to the Login Page: Visit tdoc.app/login or click "Sign In" from the homepage
- Enter Your Email: Type your email address in the email field
- Enter Your Password: Type your password in the password field
- Click Sign In: Click the "Sign In" button to access your account
🔒 If You Forgot Your Password
Don't worry if you can't remember your password:
- Click "Forgot password?": Look for this link below the password field
- Enter Your Email: Provide the email address for your account
- Check Your Email: Open the password reset email we send you
- Create New Password: Follow the link and create a secure new password
- Sign In: Use your new password to sign in
✅ Verifying Your Email Address
When you create a new account, we may ask you to verify your email:
- Check Your Inbox: Look for an email from tDoc
- Click Verify Button: Click the "Verify My Email" button in the email
- Confirmation Page: You'll see a confirmation that your email is verified
- Return to tDoc: Now you can sign in with full access to your account
🔐 Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
For additional security, we recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA):
- Go to Security Settings: From your profile menu, select "Security"
- Find MFA Option: Look for "Multi-Factor Authentication"
- Enable MFA: Follow the prompts to set up an authenticator app
- Store Backup Codes: Save your backup codes in a secure place
When MFA is enabled, you'll need to provide a verification code after entering your password.

❓ Troubleshooting Login Problems
If you're having trouble signing in:
- Incorrect Password: Double-check for typos or caps lock. Use the "Forgot password?" link if needed.
- Email Not Recognized: Verify you're using the email address you registered with.
- Can't Receive Emails: Check your spam folder or contact your admin to verify your email address.
- Browser Issues: Try clearing your browser cookies or using a different browser.
🛑 Account Locked?
If you receive a message that your account is locked:
- Wait 30 Minutes: After several incorrect password attempts, accounts are temporarily locked
- Reset Your Password: Use the "Forgot password?" option to create a new password
- Contact Support: If problems persist, contact your administrator for help
💻 Staying Logged In Across Devices
tDoc remembers your login across sessions:
- Multiple Devices: Sign in securely on your computer, phone, and tablet
- Browser Sessions: Stay signed in even if you close your browser (unless you sign out)
- Active Sessions: View and manage your active sessions from your Security settings
🔒 Protecting Your Account
Keep your tDoc account secure with these best practices:
- Strong Password: Use a unique, complex password for your tDoc account
- Enable MFA: Add an extra layer of security with two-factor authentication
- Sign Out: Always sign out when using shared computers
- Check Devices: Periodically review the devices connected to your account
- Update Email: Keep your recovery email address up to date
