Our platform uses natural language processing to handle patient calls, book appointments, and manage administrative tasks - all while maintaining Healthcare compliance and data security standards.

Security & Privacy

tDoc is safe and secure for healthcare staff to use. Specifically, tDoc incorporates privacy framework for AI safety.

  1. User data is NOT retained for training or utilized beyond responding to the questions and operating the platform, and Civia has Zero Data Retention agreements with underlying AI/LLM providers;
  2. tDoc is privacy framework aligned with PHIPA, PIPEDA and HIPAA, see our Security for details;
  3. tDoc doesn't require any access to a user's local system, files, or data;
  4. IT teams can 'claim' their organization through our tDoc Enterprise tier and implement custom policies for their users - contact us for details.
