Knowledge Base Best Practices ⭐
For optimal results:
- Upload concise, well-structured documents
- Images in the documents are not supported
- OCR is not supported for documents
- Use descriptive titles and descriptions
- Break large documents into smaller, topic-focused files
- Regularly review and update your knowledge base
- Test your agent after adding new documents to ensure proper understanding
💡 Tip: The more relevant and clear your documents are, the better your agent will be able to utilize this information during conversations.
